EXPLANATION RELATED TO APPLICATION
General Information
6698 numbered Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Law") granted the right to owners of personal data to make some requests such as to be keep informed about the personal data related to themselves, to access this data, to learn if they used according to the purpose and to request that they are corrected or deleted. Pursuant to article 13/1 of the Law; The applications related to those rights to made to Sunpet Ambalaj Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. (will be referred as "Company" herein after) who is the data controller has to made by filling Personal Data Owner Application Form in writing and transmitting it via methods stated below or other methods determined by Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"). In this frame, the applications to be made to our company "in writing" can be transmitted to our company by printing out completely filled Application Form together with a document which will provide identity determination via;
» Personal application of the applicant,
»Notary Public,
» Ensuring the Security of Data Controller Operations
» Sending to registered electronic mail address of our Company with "secure electronic signature" or "mobile signature" which are described in 5070 numbered Electronic Signature Law by the applicant.
The explanation related to written application channels and the information notes to be stated in the deliveries are included in table below.

The application form you will compose is issued in order to identify your relation with our Company, to fully determine your personal data processed by our Company, if any, and reply to your application correctly and within legal period. In order to eliminate the legal risks that may arise from illegal and unjust data sharing and especially to ensure the security of your personal data, our Company reserves the right to request additional information or documents for identity and authority determination. In case the information related to your requests that you are transmitting within the scope of the form is not correct or current or an unauthorized application is made, our Company does not accept any responsibility due to claims arising out of incorrect information or unauthorized application in question.
